Physiotherapy

Patients over the age of 17 that suffer a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions can self-refer to this service by collecting a form from surgery reception and handing into Crawley Hospital or by visiting:

Youth Emotional Support Service (YES)

Is a free service for young people aged 11-18 looking for support with their well-being. Referrals can be made through Southgate Medical Group

Yoga Sessions

Yoga sessions will be held at the surgery, starting June 2018. Patients to contact reception to book

Sexual Health Clinic

Walk-In service based at Crawley Hospital for Family Planning, Sexual Health and Contraception (01293 600459)

Patients who wish to be assigned a care co-ordinator should contact the reception manager for more information

Nutritionist

Patients can book an appointment with in-house Nutritionist through reception. Available Thursdays, Fridays and group sessions are also available

Is where young people aged 13-25 (11-12 years old if accompanied by a parent), can drop in or make an appointment to talk to a member of staff in confidence in a safe and comfortable space.
