- Melissa Civale – Female, Lead Nurse , Community Specialist, Practitioner, Queens Nurse
Mel has worked as a Practice Nurse since 2017 before this she was a District nurse. Mel has a passion for diabetes but is also trained in other areas for example asthma , cervical screening ,travel health and immunisations , she has a passion for teaching students and improving patient care and outcomes. - Marian Calyton – Female, Nurse
Marian started with us in March 2022. Marian worked as a hospital nurse for 20 years and finally moved into Primary care in 2006. Marian has interests in Asthma, COPD and diabetes, and does childhood and adult vaccinations. - Ayeasha Tobin – Female, Nurse
Ayeasha joined us in December 2014 as a Receptionist. However, Ayeasha has been a Nurse since 2023 and works in all aspects of chronic disease management and has interests in diabetes management, asthma/COPD and childhood immunisations. - Yvonne Voice – Female, Healthcare Assistant
Yvonne has worked for SMG for 13 years as HCA/Phlebotomist. Previously, she worked as an HCA, Phlebotomist and A&E Technician (both out on the road and in A&E Crawley and East Surrey Hospital), spanning over 30 years. Currently, she deals with INR patients along with her other HCA roles within SMG and other locations. - Gemma Wedesch – Female, Healthcare Assistant
Started with us June 2021, Gemma has been a healthcare assistant for 14 years. - Sophie Naish-Gordon – Female, Phlebotomist
